Our Manifesto

We take technology , Education, Empowerment , Environmental Health for development seriously at CDRome Education Society. After working in through out the country since 1998 in different communities, here are our core beliefs:

  • Believe in the power of information and communications technologies (ICTs) to change lives. ICTs can change lives in simple yet profoundly positive ways. This is especially true in under-served communities where geographic, economic and social isolation contribute to pervasive and persistent poverty. While some see ICTs as low priority or even inappropriate in settings where basics like roads and clean water are not yet widely available, at CDRome Education Society we see ICTs as essential infrastructure to assist service delivery and the alleviation of chronic problems.
  1. Understand that human skills and institutions are more important than the technology itself. Even the most appropriate and sustainable technology requires an ecosystem of human skills if it is to last. CDRome Education Society works with in-country professionals to build their capacity to develop human Skills.
  2. Serve organizations that work in under-served communities.
    Although our ultimate goal is to improve the lives of individuals living in under-served communities, CDRome Education Society believes that the best way to do so is by working collaboratively with the organizations – NGOs, multi-laterals, governmental or private sector institutions – that deliver vital education, relief, financial and other services to these communities. Each of these organizations has distinct objectives and needs.

  3. CDRome Education Society is a social enterprise committed to educating, exposing and empowering youth through art and culture. We believe that the creative arts can be used to effectively alleviate youth unemployment, poverty, violence and social exclusion. Our mission is to develop and attract opportunities for young people that inspire creativity, productivity and elevated consciousness, by harnessing the talents of nation builders.

  4. Environmental Health publishes manuscripts on all aspects of environmental and occupational medicine and related studies in toxicology and epidemiology. CDRome Education Society work in improving the environmental health in slam and country side by education, consciousness since 1998.

  5. The subject of empowerment of women has becoming a burning issue all over the world including India since last few decades. inequalities between men and women and discrimination against women have also been age-old issues all over the world. Thus, women’s quest for equality with man is a universal phenomenon. What exists for men is demanded by women?
    There have demand of equality with men in matters of education, employment, inheritance, marriage, politics. CDRome Education Society work for Women Empowerment since it became exists.
